Questions for Life Groups

1. Read the story of how Jesus answered John’s questions in Matthew 11:2-6. If you want to learn more about John the Baptist do a Google search or keyword search at biblegateway.com. As you read the story, think about your own questions regarding what it means to say that Jesus is the One God sent to save you. Share your answer with others.
2. Read this week’s articles titled Waiting. Are you a patient person? What habits support answer? What does it mean to wait for help from God? How does Jesus’ answer to John’s question affect you? What is your role in continuing the work that Jesus did? In what ways is Jesus continuing to perform miracles in your life?
3. How can the members of your group help you this week and on-going to help you to be more receptive to hearing and understanding the Word of God? Pray for each other to have the Holy Spirit bless you with more courage.
